Happy Hips (All levels – all welcome!)

Happy Hips is an 8 week, gentle yoga practice that will strengthen and stretch the muscles surrounding your hips. We will get the whole body moving, but focus on creating stability and mobility in the area of the body that is responsible for movement. This class is designed for all levels with incremental poses that allow you to stay safe and pain free. Create space in your life and space in your hips.
