Rebecca joined the Physical Therapy Associates team in October 2017 as a student for her final clinical internship under the instruction of Jonathan Hook. Upon becoming a licensed PT she was excited to accept an offer to join the PTA staff full time. Becca’s lifelong love of movement began at a young age when she participated in dance. Over the years she’s focused her athletic pursuits on lacrosse, snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, cross country skiing, and running.
Becca grew up in Dublin, Ohio and attended Indiana University to earn her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2009. Before her path was directed toward physical therapy, she worked in Alaska as a Tour Director where she was drawn out west, satisfied her thirst for travel, and met her husband. She also taught outdoor education, instructed indoor climbing, worked in hospitality and as a physical therapy aide at an outpatient PT clinic. In the 6 years prior to moving to Spokane she was living in Flagstaff, AZ where she attended Northern Arizona University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
