Katie began personal training and providing nutritional counseling in the Spokane area in 2006. Katie feels very passionately that leading an active lifestyle, eating healthfully and maintaining close relationships are key to preventing disease and achieving optimal health and performance. She strives to inspire clients to do so through her own actions and clients become like family to her. You will work together to create a health plan that is individualized to your goals, health conditions and unique metabolic makeup. Katie is known for her smile, energy and ability to be push her clients while at the same time being their biggest supporter and motivator! She can’t wait to change your life and have fun!
Training: Sport specific, injury prevention, short- high intensity workouts, functional and balance training
Nutrition: Weight loss, disease prevention/reversal, food allergies and sensitivities, sports nutrition/performance
Katie loves starting her day with a run and coffee! She enjoys spending time with family and friends preferably outdoors doing something that involves moving in addition to cycling, lifting weights, being silly with her kids, cooking and traveling to warm places. She recently was a finisher of the Boston Marathon and enjoys participating in local races.
