Ski Conditioning starts November 5th! Our popular ski conditioning class focuses on getting the muscles you use on the hill ready for action! This fast-paced class includes core conditioning, strength training, flexibility, balance work, and agility training required to maximize your success on the slopes. All levels welcome.
Monday nights at 6:15pm and Thursday nights at 6:15pm at Physical Therapy Associates, and Friday mornings at
5:30am at the PTA Performance Hanger.
