TRX leverages gravity and your bodyweight to deliver a fast, effective total body workout that benefits all fitness levels. TRX Rip Fusion (Moderate – Advanced)

PT Associates is proud to be on the cutting edge of fitness by offering a TRX Rip Fusion Class! Developed by a physical therapist, The Rip Trainer utilizes a 4 lb. bar and resistance cord to provide a blend of rotation, core stability, control, power, mobility, balance and coordination challenges. Advanced TRX (Advanced)

Yoga: Fitness for the Ageless (All levels)

This class is dedicated to individuals looking for an emphasis on stretching and balance techniques while using a variety of tools to build on strength, endurance and body awareness. Mondays and Thursdays are focused on 1/2 strengthening (utilizing bands, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc.) and 1/2 stretching. Our Wednesday class is dedicated to stretch only. All levels are welcome. StiffMan (All levels – men only)

We have a feeling that stretching is not necessarily in your daily plan, gentlemen, so we’ve created a class just for you! For 30 minutes we utilize the infamous foam roller to iron out the wrinkles in your musculature, break down adhesions and scar tissue AND increase blood flow. Happy Hips (All levels – all welcome!)

Happy Hips is an 8 week, gentle yoga practice that will strengthen and stretch the muscles surrounding your hips. We will get the whole body moving, but focus on creating stability and mobility in the area of the body that is responsible for movement. Golf for Health – Blue Tees and White Tees
