First we connect to the breath. Then we sweat. This yoga class is athletic with some faster flow, some slower. We will move, hold, stretch, breath and sweat. Keep in mind, you will sweat not because it’s too hot, but because you are going to WORK. Classes are taught in English, not sanskrit, are easy to follow and are athletically challenging. We make sure that no matter what level you are you’ll be able to follow along.
